Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers acting as merchant of record. Their terms may also apply to your transaction.
Credits and Digital Goods
AIVid provides digital goods, including credits and access to AI-powered features.
Credits are consumed when you use the Service (e.g., running generation tasks). Due to the nature of digital services:
- Credits that have been used are non-refundable
- Delivered digital goods are generally non-refundable
However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Technical errors preventing service use
- Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion
If you believe a charge was incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically according to the billing cycle shown at checkout.
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals
- Cancellation does not refund the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided unless required by law
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service
- Credits or services associated with the disputed payment may be revoked
We encourage contacting us first to resolve issues before initiating disputes.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
