Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers acting as merchant of record. Their terms may also apply to your transaction.

AIVid provides digital goods, including credits and access to AI-powered features.

Credits are consumed when you use the Service (e.g., running generation tasks). Due to the nature of digital services:

• Credits that have been used are non-refundable
• Delivered digital goods are generally non-refundable

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Technical errors preventing service use
• Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

If you believe a charge was incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Subscription plans renew automatically according to the billing cycle shown at checkout.

• You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals
• Cancellation does not refund the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided unless required by law

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service
• Credits or services associated with the disputed payment may be revoked
